•Weather Conditions- We do not set up in high winds or severe rain for safety reasons. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule setups if weather conditions are unsafe.
 

•Setup Surfaces - We can set up on grass, turf, and concrete. Grass and dirt setups are secured using stakes. For concrete or other hard surfaces, sandbags are required and are available for an additional charge of $4 each.
 

•Included with Rental - All rentals include setup, tear-down, city sales tax, extension cords, blowers, and proper anchoring to ensure safe use.

•Booking Policy - Our units are first come, first serve. Please contact us as soon as you know the date and unit(s) you would like to book. For last-minute bookings, please call us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
 

•Rental Rules - Food and silly string are not allowed inside or on the inflatable. Silly string is especially harmful, as it can melt into the mats and is extremely difficult to clean.
